River Breeze has recently been renovated and refurbished and is situated in a wonderful position, set on the water's edge of a private marina. Brundall is located in the heart of the Broads just South East of Norwich city centre and is an ideal base from which to enjoy your Norfolk Broads holiday.

This charming waterside property is perfect for families or groups. The property sleeps 6 people in two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom. The bright and airy contemporary living space is open plan with French windows leading to the decking area and private garden. Enjoy your morning coffee whilst watching the boats cruising by on the river. Caution should be observed with young children and pets at the bottom of the garden next to the river’s edge.

The Norfolk Broads is a very popular holiday destination with many holidaymakers returning year after year. The region has its own microclimate and is a haven for wildlife. Make sure to bring your binoculars as there is an abundance of activity throughout the year. You have easy access to the RSPB site Strumpshaw Fen nature reserve and Strumpshaw Steam Museum both located on the outskirts of the village. Fairhaven Water Gardens is within a 10 minute drive. Here you will find 130 acres of cultivated, wild and natural plantings and it is an absolute wildlife haven. Stroll around the 4 miles of woodland pathways where you will be graced with views over their own private Broad. Short boat tours are offered on South Walsham Broad.

A 5 minute walk will bring you to Brundall train station which provides you with excellent train connections to the medieval city of Norwich or a nostalgic day at the seaside at Great Yarmouth. Brundall is also well serviced with a good selection of shops including a supermarket, garden centre, chemist, and a selection of take away restaurants. You will also find a couple of nice riverside pubs if you fancy dining out one evening after your busy day of activities. However, with your accommodation having such a peaceful backdrop on the river you may just enjoy soaking up the Norfolk sun and taking time to recharge the batteries allowing you to return home all refreshed from your time away.

• Fishing is available approximately 7 metres from the property via the stairs or ramp.
