Cerney House is a semi-detached New England style lakeside lodge situated on a gated development within the Cotswold Water Park area. Cerney House is positioned inbetween 2 lakes, Windrush Lake and Isis Lake, which are well stocked for fishing and offer a great base from which to explore the area.
This 4 bedroom lodge is pet friendly (max.2) and can accommodate up to 8 people in 1 x master double king bedroom, 1 x double king bedroom and 2 x twin bedrooms. There is an open plan living & dining area with patio doors opening on to your own private wrap around sundeck.
There are a range of great facilities on-site including 3 tennis courts (1 is floodlit), a playground, football goal, croquet lawn, boule piste and an indoor games room with pool table and games machines. There are many foot and cycle paths which can be easily reached from the Isis and Windrush development and a range of watersports available locally. A short walk away is the village of South Cerney where there are 3 local pubs and a small Co-op. The De Vere Hotel, brasserie, bar and Spa 6 is also just across down the road if you fancy a bit of pampering or a nice dining experience.
With such a wide variety of facilities on your doorstep, this is an ideal location for families and all you need to do is turn up, relax and unwind. The Cotswold Water Park covers 40 square miles and has over 150 different lakes. This destination is one of the UK’s fastest growing tourism areas so be sure to get booked in early. Pets
Pets are accepted in this lodge - £30 / break (max. 2, only allowed downstairs).
Pets are not allowed upstairs or on beds or chairs, nor are they allowed in any central facilities. Dogs must be exercised on a lead, and must not be left unattended at any time in the holiday accommodation.
Terms & Conditions
20% Deposit is required on booking, balance is due 8 weeks beforehand.
A cleaning and linen charge will be automatically applied to each booking. The cost of this varies by property and is detailed on your booking form.
Within 48 hours of confirming your booking, a welcome email will be sent to you requesting names and addresses of your party, detailing check-in procedure and asking for your card details to pre-authorise a security deposit of £200. This will be released after checkout, if the property is left in a good condition.
