What’s new at Waterside Breaks…

2019 has been a year of exciting change for us here at Waterside Breaks with many new projects happening behind the scenes.

The biggest change in 2019 was the launch of our new fully responsive website! We have all been working very hard to make it easier for our customers to search for their ideal property and book their perfect waterside break online, whether searching on desktop, mobile phone or tablet. The website now features clear, individual property details with large photos, a booking calendar with live availability and the ‘Instant Booking’ feature, which is proving very popular.

We have also made it easier for customers to filter down their search results so searching for properties with a hot tub or Wi-Fi or a wood burner etc, just requires a tick in the box for all relevant properties to appear! Many of our customers enjoy fishing, so we’ve added a ‘fishing’  tick box to make it quicker to find properties where fishing is available on-site.

Over the course of the year, new properties and new locations have been added to our ever-increasing portfolio. We are now able to offer our customers the Manor Marine Cottages on the shores of the Lower Lough Erne in beautiful Northern Ireland. Furthermore, we are able to offer an even wider selection of properties in the ever-popular Norfolk Broads area. These include ‘The Limes’ at Ludham and a floating glamping pod called ‘Secret Water’ on the River Waveney at Beccles, to name but a few.

We have seen some big improvements in 2019 and are feeling very enthusiastic and excited about moving forward in 2020.
